The service

Divya Naad is a devotional app for listening to, reading along with, and learning to recite Hindu sacred texts. We offer the service for your personal, non-commercial spiritual practice.

Acceptable use

  • Use the app lawfully and for personal devotional purposes.
  • Do not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly perform the recordings or content for commercial purposes.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the app or its systems.

Content & intellectual property

The sacred texts are part of a shared spiritual heritage. The specific recordings, translations, transliterations, design, and software in the app are provided for your personal use and remain the property of Divya Naad or its licensors. We strive for accuracy and respect for the tradition; if you notice an error, please tell us.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Divya Naad is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
